• This Bike is built up on our successful D35 Road Frame with Alloy or Carbon forks and clearance for 700/23 to 25mm tyres. We supply the bike with all alloy components except the chainring and some bolts.
  Every time we sell a bike or frame we have our customers returning with nothing but praise for the service and quality of their purchase. The frames are built to Webbline Design & Geometry. The exceptionally high quality is achieved by us sourcing direct from the manufacturers with our own design and buying in sufficient numbers to allow us to keep the frames at a reasonable price. Our low price does not mean a reduction in quality.
  
  Headset: Sealed Bearing 11/8" A-Headset.
  Bars: ITM* or similar quality.
  Stem ITM* or similar quality.
  Tape: Cork Effect Ribbon.
  Saddle: BMB Silver/leather.
  Brakes: Tektro dual-pivot.
  Hubs: Double sided hubs (fixed and freewheel) 32 spokes.
  Spokes: Stainless steel double butted.
  Rims: Mavic Open Sport or CXP22 please state preference.
  Transmission: 44 chainring x 15 x 3/32" sprocket or request your requirment.
  Wheels: Double sided hubs to fit fixed and freewheel sprockets. Built with double butted stainless steel spokes (32 front & rear). Mavic Open Sport or Mach 1 CFX black anodised rims. State preferred option. Fitted with Zefal rim tape, lock ring and high quality nuts and 15 tooth fixed sprocket.

  If you would like to alter any of the standard build items please ask for a price. The final ‘spec’ of the complete bike may alter from time to time, but be assured we will only ever ‘upgrade’ components to a higher spec.
  
  Note: It is important that we supply the frame set up to fit you with the correct geometry to ensure comfort & liveliness. To assist Webbline with this please give the following measurments when ordering a frame:
  Measurement in mm from centre of your front hub to the centre of your handlebars.
  Measurement in mm from the centre of your handle bars to the centre of your seat pin/post.
  This will allow us to supply the correct height and length of Handle Bar Stem.
